Jon Faust and Sam Goodstein raised questions about reliability after members reported about "20% do not get rides."
The board discussed place-based ads on Circuit vehicles and cross-promotion with Tri-Rail connections as ways to increase demand. No formal motion was recorded; members agreed to continue exploring marketing tactics and to follow up with CRA staff on cost and ridership projections.
