Town planner announces Car Avenue zone-change pre-application and rear-lot filing for 227 Maple Hill Avenue

Hinkley said the 30-day review had been completed and staff expected it to be ready for that agenda.
Hinkley also reported receipt that day of an application to create a rear lot at 227 Maple Hill Avenue (near Ponderosa). He said that application will be scheduled for a public hearing at a future meeting and that the town will proceed with its standard review process and notifications.
