The assessor presented alternative comparables and emphasized building‑value adjustments and statutory assessment methods.
After questioning both sides, the board concluded that the assessor had presented sufficient evidence under statutory standards and that the owner had not rebutted the presumption of correctness. A motion to sustain the assessor’s valuation passed on roll call.
