Hogansville council approves Moss Creek final plat with site corrections required

The Hogansville City Council on Oct. 14 approved the Final Plat for the Moss Creek subdivision with three required corrective actions. Council Member Jason Baswell moved approval with conditions that the developer submit and receive approval of final “as-built” plans from Turnipseed Engineers, complete a concrete patch on Williams Street where a valve was explored, and repair a remaining erosion rill in the former city easement that provided access to the water tower; Council Member Mandy Neese seconded the motion. "I move to approve the Final Plat for Moss Creek with the conditions that they must submit and receive approval for the final 'as-built' plans from Turnipseed Engineers, a concrete patch must be completed on Williams Street where a valve was explored, and a remaining erosion rill must be fixed in the former City easement that provided access to the water tower," Baswell said. The motion carried 5-0.
