Later in the meeting staff said they would order appraisals for prioritized parcels 106, 107 and 107A and noted one triangular parcel (107A) is currently listed for $59,000.
Members discussed practical considerations including Corps/FDOT curb cuts and floodplain constraints. Staff cautioned appraisals are taking longer than before — weeks rather than days — and estimated appraisal costs at approximately $1,500–$2,000 per parcel.
