Several candidates and an audience member told supervisors the township should explore more accessible, short-form outreach to attract younger and busier residents. One attendee suggested short YouTube clips or "shorts" summarizing meeting takeaways alongside the full livestream.
Board members said the township already posts minutes and livestreams but acknowledged gaps in reaching younger audiences; supervisors asked staff to consider options and invited volunteers with ideas. "If you have some ideas on how to do that or you want to volunteer to do that," one supervisor told an attendee who volunteered a shorts concept.
A public commenter who stayed for the full meeting told the board she was encouraged by some candidatesbut noted that many applicants left immediately after speaking; she urged the township to keep the public engaged throughout long meetings.
