The Perry Park Metropolitan District opened its May 28 special meeting and completed routine administrative business before hearing the dam inspection and public comment. Director Keith A. Worley moved to approve the agenda "as presented," with Director Kirk H. Mulbach seconding; the motion "passed unanimously."
After the dam safety presentation and public comment, the board directed District Management to add a resident feedback link to the district website to solicit additional input on pond management. The meeting was adjourned after a motion by Director Worley, seconded by President Darren Hill; that motion also "passed unanimously." The board scheduled its next regular meeting for June 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
No formal vote was taken at the meeting to authorize pond repairs or vegetation removal; directors indicated additional legal, fiscal and technical analysis would be required before any such action.
