Contractor Booth Management Consulting to provide yearlong technical assistance to grantees

Robin Booth, principal of Booth Management Consulting LLC, introduced her team and described how the firm will work with neighborhood groups during the grant period. Booth said the firm conducts an initial intake to assess needs, offers 15–20 minute consultations, assigns grantee specialists and focuses on deliverable-based assistance rather than only consultation.
Booth said the consulting approach is tailored to organizational capacity: "We want you to have some kind of tangible, whether it's a document, a form, some an agreement, some kind of tangible result from having worked with us in technical assistance," Booth said, and added that grantees would receive contact information when the team sends its introductory email.
