Council approves VH Pheasant Crossing public-improvements agreement, adds city-attorney review

The Middleton Common Council voted to approve an agreement with VH Pheasant Crossing LLC and High Road Development Company Inc to provide public water, sanitary sewer and stormwater improvements and related easement agreements, but added a requirement that the city attorney complete a final review before the agreement is finalized.

Alder Opitz moved approval of the agreement. The mayor confirmed a High Road representative indicated the Ziegler property owners were aware of the work and the council amended the motion to make the approval "subject to city attorney review and approval," which the council then approved by voice vote.
