"MOTION TO ACCEPT THE QUOTE OF $16,679.00 FROM CONSTRUCTION SERVICES OF PA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE CANOE/KAYAK LAUNCH AT THE DESIGNATED AREA AT THE AMERICAN LEGION BALL FIELD," the council recorded; the motion was made by Councilor Osborn and seconded by Councilor Kerns and carried unanimously. The council conditioned the award on receipt of the required easement before work begins.
