Council adopts ordinance repeal and approves appropriation ordinance

On Dec. 17 the Gregory City Council approved the second reading of Ordinance 2024-05, repealing Ordinance 2021-02; the motion to approve was made by Laura Petersen and seconded by Guhner Kepler and carried on a vote recorded as 'All ayes.' The council also approved Appropriation Ordinance 2024-04 after a motion by Maurice Schlaht and a second from Guhner Kepler, again recorded as 'All ayes.'
The minutes do not include text of the ordinances in full and do not record any dissent; both measures were recorded as passed on second reading.
