City Recorder Michelle Connor noted that the Budget Committee minutes from May 1, 2025 were not complete and will be finalized at the July meeting. The hearing solicited comment on the use of levied property taxes and state-shared revenues (including cigarette, liquor and highway taxes), but no members of the public spoke during the allotted period.
