Councilor Michael Coffman moved to approve the calendar; Councilor Jenny Strathdee seconded and the motion carried, 6-0-0. The minutes record no immediate plans to recruit additional committee members during the meeting; staff are responsible for outreach and filling vacancies prior to the budget process.
