The Donald City Council adopted Resolution 611-26 on Feb. 10 to implement the annual System Development Charge (SDC) adjustment. City Manager Eric Underwood said the increase of 2.8% is intended to keep SDCs in line with inflation and will take effect July 1, 2026.
Council voted unanimously, 6-0-0, to approve the adjustment. No public comment or amendments were recorded in the minutes. The council did not include a schedule of new fee amounts in the minutes; staff will be responsible for updating fee schedules and public notices prior to the July 1 effective date.
