Nekoosa board to hold April community 'future search' to shape 10‑year priorities

Superintendent Nathan told the board that consultants Drew Hallock and Debbie Brewster will guide a future-search process designed to involve the broader community in setting a 10‑year vision for the district. "The goal is in April, we'll be holding community conversations with wide con for people all everybody connected with an acoustic community to get an idea of where do we want to be 10 years from now?" Nathan said.
Nathan described the consultants' experience with other Wisconsin districts and said the work will focus on community engagement and partnership building. He said the district wants to listen and involve community members, and promised to provide updates as planning continues. No formal vote was required; the board was informed and will receive further updates.
