The council considered an amendment to a purchase agreement with Premium Builders LLC that modifies the legal description of a lot to move a boundary (described in discussion as toward the southeast) to ensure clearance for a raw water line that crosses the property.
The city attorney explained the change was intended to provide adequate clearance for the utility to access a raw water line that runs from the dam and through the parcel; PUE participated in the review and reported it is comfortable with the new boundary, and the developer indicated agreement. "Moving it to the Southeast...to make sure that there's adequate clearance for our raw water line" was how the city attorney described the adjustment.
Councilor Farrow moved to approve the amendment to the purchase agreement and the motion was seconded; the council voted in favor and the amendment was approved without further conditions noted on the record.
