Commissioner Bob Zirpel moved and Commissioner Mike Noonan seconded approval of the agenda; the motion carried on a roll call vote with all members voting aye. Chairman Dave Froke moved and Zirpel seconded approval of minutes for July 25, Aug. 29, Sept. 6 and Oct. 3, 2022; the motion carried on a roll call vote with all members voting aye.
The minutes record no open public discussion (listed as 'None'). Kristi Gambs arrived at 6:30 p.m.; Brady Gaddis was absent. With no further business the commission adjourned at 6:47 p.m. after a motion by Chairman Froke, seconded by Commissioner Noonan; roll call again recorded all members voting aye. The commission set its next meeting for Nov. 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. and listed the Comprehensive Plan as an item for the next agenda.
