Chairman Dave Froke called roll and noted members present: Dave Froke, Kristi Gambs, Bob Zirpel and Mike Noonan; Brady Gaddis was absent. The board moved to add applicant Dave Derschen’s building permit as agenda item 5 and approve the agenda; the motion was made by Froke and seconded by Zirpel and passed on a unanimous roll call.
After considering new business, public comment and permit items, the board adjourned at 6:33 p.m. on a unanimous roll-call motion made by Bob Zirpel and seconded by Kristi Gambs. The minutes were attested by Finance Officer Kristie Ellis.
