Humboldt approves handicap parking, tent buy with WCBA and low-cost fencing

Board staff also located identical fencing panels and two gates from Extraordinaire Fence Company for $1,450, substantially less than a prior $5,000 quote for only two gates, and the board accepted the lower-cost option.
