Commissioners approved both waiver requests on a motion by Fritz Najarian seconded by Perry Long, and Larry Bachman moved to recommend conditional Preliminary/Final approval based on discussion items and Karl Scherzberg’s 6/12/2026 review letter; Jake Moyer seconded and there was no opposition.
