Humboldt Planning and Zoning approves agenda and minutes, sets Jan. 23 meeting

Chairman Dave Froke called the Humboldt Planning and Zoning meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 28, 2022. Mike Noonan moved to approve the meeting agenda and Bob Zirpel seconded; the roll call vote was recorded as unanimous among members present and the motion carried. Later the board approved the Oct. 24, 2022 minutes on a motion by Zirpel with Froke seconding; that motion also carried on a unanimous roll call.
Attendance at roll call listed members Dave Froke, Kristi Gambs, Bob Zirpel and Mike Noonan as present; Brady Gaddis was recorded as absent. Julian Gambs and Sean Hegyi (SECOG) were noted as present as guests; Kristie Ellis, Finance Officer, attested the minutes. With no further business, Zirpel moved and Gambs seconded a motion to adjourn at 6:30 p.m.; the motion carried on a unanimous roll call of members present.
