The Humboldt Planning and Zoning Board convened on July 24, 2023, approved the meeting agenda and the June 26, 2023 minutes, and approved a replat for Tract 2 of the Hanisch Addition to Minnehaha County.
A motion to recommend appointing Brad Gibbens to the board failed, and the board said it will invite candidate Mike Lias to the August 28 meeting. With no further business, the board adjourned at 6:45 p.m. Finance Officer Kristie Ellis attested the record.
The board’s next regular meeting is scheduled for August 28, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Humboldt Community Center; the Comprehensive Plan is listed as an agenda item for that session.
