Public works-related speakers explained that camera equipment purchased would not fit 6-inch lines and that some measures addressed only 8-inch lines; staff said the town used ARPA funds to secure the current analysis and recommended pursuing grants and capital projects. One councilor suggested forming a small committee dedicated to water and sewer given the scale of the problem: "Because that's a big issue...it might be worthwhile to set up a committee for that."
