Council orders weekly DPW/MPD on‑call schedules and seeks remedy for blighted Ravenna property

Member Streeter reported issues with a Ravenna property described in the minutes as 'not fit for habitation until properly cleaned.' Administrative Assistant Ranney‑Holroyd clarified: "the house was not condemned, it was only determined to not be fit for habitation until properly cleaned," and said staff would provide information and a deadline to the owner/landlord contact and MPD. Council asked staff to follow up and provide deadlines for remedy.
