Council discusses beach stair projects, toter stickers and court-hour rules

Council also set hours for the Tennis/Pickleball Courts: 9 a.m. to dusk. The police will lock gates nightly and DPW will reopen them in the morning after cleaning; the council emphasized that the courts belong to the Village and that personal property should not be left in the court area.
