The agenda showed three estimates from A‑Z Tree Service: Clean Up and Trim behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive for $350; Remove with Stump Grind behind 11453 Heritage Point Drive for $600; and Forestry Mulch around the pond at Waterlily Lane and Rolling Hills Loop for $5,475. After resident Don Brothers described storm damage to an invasive tree and Supervisor Stephen Putman reported photographing the debris pile, Supervisor Michael Walsh moved to approve the $600 stump-grind estimate; Supervisor Stephen Putman seconded the motion and all supervisors voted in favor.
District Manager Chuck Adams and Grounds Superintendent Tim Gatz discussed differences between A‑Z’s forestry mulcher approach and Environmental Solutions’ handwork approach; the board did not approve the $5,475 forestry-mulch estimate at the meeting.
