Heritage Pines board elects officers; Janice Benedetti removed from posts

The Heritage Pines Community Development District Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution 2025-01 on Dec. 10, 2024, electing officers and removing a prior designee from the list of officers.
The resolution, presented by District Manager Chuck Adams, named Kathleen Lonergan as Chair and Arthur Rhodes as Vice Chair and designated Michael Walsh, Carol Vaughan and Stephen Putman as Assistant Secretaries. The document also removed Janice Benedetti from the Board's listed officer roles while leaving prior appointments — Craig Wrathell as Secretary and Treasurer, Chuck Adams as Assistant Secretary and Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer — unchanged. The motion was made by Michael Walsh and seconded by Carol Vaughan; the vote was unanimous.
Adams explained the procedural effect of the resolution and the board did not alter existing staff appointments. The board did not debate alternatives and approved the resolution on a voice vote.
The board took no other action during that agenda item. The meeting was held at the Heritage Pines Country Club Meeting Room in Hudson and adjourned at 2:34 p.m.
