Residents raise dogs-at-beach, paving and safety concerns during public comment

Karen Hardy asked whether posted pickleball rules would be restored, and Megan Schmollinger suggested placing extra buoys near stops 41.5 and 42 for water safety.
Councilors listened and did not announce immediate policy changes during the meeting; these requests were recorded for follow-up by staff and committees.
