Planning commission to send community survey with January water bills; public safety building to get separate survey

Mike Botelho reported for Planning Commission member Julie Bonello that the commission and a Planning Task Force have worked with Marcy from Southwest to develop an initial community survey. The plan is to distribute the survey with January water bills, provide a QR code on a flyer linking to SurveyMonkey, and make hard copies available at the village office. The survey would be due back in early February, with weekly email reminders requested.
Council discussed timing and agreed a separate survey on the public safety building should be released later so that exploration of the safety building can continue without delaying the community survey. Council approved moving forward with the first survey and the separate public safety building survey was scheduled for a later release.
