Selectman George Rainier moved to grant conditional approval of the purchase and Selectman Michael Borden seconded; the motion passed unanimously, 3-0. Babb noted the department’s capital improvement plan includes a truck for this year; the board left final procurement steps contingent on the additional quote and any required specifications from the vendor.
