Town Clerk Dorothy Gravelin reported a Scope of Work is being established and provided an image of a carriage‑type, two side‑by‑side garage door that would fold out rather than roll up for consideration.
Council authorized interior office work to move forward and said it will refine the procurement approach once estimates and a full Scope of Work are available; no contract award was made at the meeting.
