Cloud Lake adopts policy for rental and use of council chambers

On Nov. 14 the Cloud Lake Town Council adopted a Facility Use Application and Policy governing rental or use of the Town Council Chambers. The motion was made by Council Member Kathleen Hoock and seconded by Council Member Alexandra Powell-Sardinas and passed 4-0 with Council Member John Tyson absent.
Council noted Palm Beach County Fire Rescue will perform an inspection the following day to determine the maximum capacity for the Council Chambers before rentals proceed. The policy formalizes application and rental rules for use of town facilities.
