Council transfers $5,855 to pay Town Hall landscaping contractor

The transfer was presented as a targeted adjustment to close out completed work on Town Hall grounds. Town Attorney William P. Doney will prepare required payment affidavits and lien releases before the final payment is made to the contractor, FSV Construction (final signature/returns required).
