Cloud Lake council approves consent agenda, financial reports

The motion was made by Council Member Kathleen Hoock and seconded by Council Member Alexandra Powell-Sardinas; the vote was 4-0 with Council Member John Tyson absent.
The consent agenda cleared routine administrative business so the council could move to scheduled agenda items. The clerk noted there were no public comments at the start of the meeting.
