The Ashland Community Development Agency convened at 6:00 p.m. on June 4, 2026 in the Ashland City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor James Anderson called the meeting to order, roll call was taken and a quorum was declared. The City Clerk certified that the agenda had been posted at i3 Bank, the Ashland Post Office and City Hall and on the city website at least 24 hours before the meeting and that the minutes are a true and accurate copy of the proceedings.
The minutes and certification note that minutes will be available for public inspection within ten business days or prior to the next convened meeting. Following a unanimous vote on a redevelopment agreement amendment, Council Member Jim Pinkman moved to adjourn; Council Member Jerry Lofberg seconded and the meeting adjourned at 6:02 p.m.
