Planning commission agrees to table vote and asks applicant to resubmit waiver list and inspections

Commissioners ran through the July 20 revised waiver letter, discussing individual waivers for feature mapping, driveway widths, curbing/sidewalk deferral, street-tree spacing and on-site signage.
Several commissioners suggested deferral (rather than permanent waiver) for curbs and sidewalks to preserve flexibility for future adjacent development. "That's what we've done in the past," one commissioner said about deferrals. Hanover Engineering offered to help vet the outstanding industrial-waste question raised by a commissioner.
Given open technical questions, commissioners moved to table the application with the expectation that the applicant will submit as many corrected plan items as possible by the following Tuesday/Wednesday and address the industrial-waste/septic questions before final approval. The motion to table was made, seconded and approved by the commission; a follow-up review will occur when the applicant provides the requested inspections and revised waiver list.
