At its July 8, 2026 meeting the Foster County Water Resource Board reviewed and approved the financial report showing a general fund cash balance of $224,628.97 as of July 7, 2026, held at Bremer Bank, and a $0.00 balance in the Drain No. 1 Fund. Doug Zink moved to approve the financial report and Alex Stedman seconded; the motion carried.
The board approved bills presented, totaling $3,404.50 in invoices from Rinke Noonan (line-item amounts include $675.00 for general, $49.50 for Stream Crossing 7th St NE, $938.50 for 2027 legislative issues, $99.00 for Stream Crossing 76th Ave NE, and $1,642.50 for a water permit (Van Bedaf)). The minutes also list mileage/meeting allowance payments for January–June 2026 for Alex Stedman ($756.60), Brent Bachmeier ($643.50), Doug Zink ($660.90), Jeff Edland ($938.90) and Ronn Stangeland ($918.60).
