At the July 22 mayor–manager meeting, Sean Lewis listed an August 3 agenda that includes a bill authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with Arapahoe County for coordinated election services and an IGA with the State of Colorado for data‑sharing and licensing. "Bill authorizing an IGA with Arapahoe County for coordinated election services," Lewis said while previewing the agenda.
Lewis also noted recognition items — including the 2026 summer interns and the city fleet team — and technical items such as disposal of AMI meters and agreements related to cemetery parcels. The IGAs, if placed on the council agenda, would direct staff to negotiate terms and bring final agreements for council consideration.
