City Manager previews July 27 study session, including 2026 CIP midyear review

City Manager Sean Lewis told meeting participants the July 27 study session will begin with a midyear review of the 2026 Capital Improvement Program. "We'll start with the 2026 CIP midyear review," Lewis said, and also listed the June 2026 general fund monthly financial report and program updates on the Bridal House, Ready to Work and the Navigation Center.
Lewis said the session will also include discussion of a neighborhood traffic calming program; times had been assigned to each item. The preview indicates council will receive budget and project-status briefings that could inform fall budget decisions and project scheduling.
