Council receives committee reports; consent agenda approved

Councilmember Davis reported the Public Works and Planning & Zoning Committee approved change order No. 3 for RCS Construction (West Sunnydale Road reconstruction), change order No. 2 for Mainline Contracting (Westgate sanitary sewer project), minor plats for Cedar Crossing lots and a flood-plain development permit for properties at 520 and 532 Line Road; those items were included on the consent agenda and the council approved the consent agenda by roll call.
