Board approves template Grant of Easement for drainage from PSGRC to RRCDD
Summary
District Counsel presented and the Board approved a template Grant of Easement to allow drainage easements from PSGRC to RRCDD; the Board preferred using a recurring template with site-specific sketches and legal descriptions added per agenda. Resident Mike Rainstin noted no work has yet begun on Phase I/II drainage improvements.
District Counsel Tony Pires presented a draft template Grant of Easement for drainage from the Pelican Sound Golf & River Club (PSGRC) to the River Ridge Community Development District (RRCDD). Mr. Long and Mr. Krebs said they were comfortable with a blanket template approach so long as each individual easement includes a site-specific sketch and legal description when presented for approval.
Mr. Krebs said he is preparing two additional drainage easements (Seaside II and a Golf Course area) and will forward them to counsel when ready. Resident Mike Rainstin commented that no physical work on Phase I and Phase II drainage improvements has commenced yet. On motion by Mr. Blumenthal and seconded by Mr. Schultz, with all in favor, the Proposed Grant of Easement for Drainage was approved.
