Engineer to seek quotes for severe curb/sidewalk repairs; homeowners to be notified of responsibility

Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and outlined proposed work for areas classified as severe. He said he transmitted quantities to Collier Paving and expects to present repair quotes at the next meeting.
Krebs is preparing a draft memorandum to inform certain homeowners that they are responsible for repairing their driveways; the draft notice will be sent to District Manager Mrs. Adams and Chair Bob Schultz for review before distribution.
The Board did not approve repairs at the Jan. 28 meeting; staff will return with cost estimates and a recommended notification process.
