The Box Elder City Council approved its consent agenda on Oct. 7, 2025, after considering committee recommendations. The finance, legal and public safety committee reported a consent recommendation for multiple items, including Amendment No. 1 to the KLJ Engineering agreement for Box Elder Pedestrian Path Phase 3, adding $19,563.80 for a revised total of $134,651.41.
Council member Knight (speaker 10) also reported that the committee recommended acceptance of a safety building project concept and authorization for staff to seek funding to finalize design work; the committee forwarded these items to the full council with recommendations of approval. The consent agenda motion carried on a roll call vote with no members recorded as dissenting.
