Board hires assistant track coach and approves six-week leave and substitute

A principal (S7) commented the teacher had undergone surgery and is recovering: "She had surgery again... she's gonna be out for a while," S7 said, and praised the substitute for stepping in. Both personnel motions were seconded and carried by voice vote.
