The North Knox School Corp Board of Trustees opened the regular meeting with a call to order and moved quickly through routine business, approving the Dec. 15 minutes and the claims and financial statements included in Tab B. Chair (S3) called for the votes; motions were seconded and carried by voice vote.
The board then completed its annual reorganization. A slate naming Elaine as president, Michael as vice president, Donnie as secretary and Terry as treasurer was proposed and approved. Chair (S3) next recommended appointing Terry Rossler as the corporation treasurer; the board approved that appointment and temporarily reconvened as the board of finance to confirm the same officer slate for finance business before returning to the regular public meeting.
