The Concord Housing Foundation’s revised draft report, "Building Community: A New Housing Strategy for Concord," was reviewed by trustees at the June 3 meeting. Chair Johnson noted trustees had reviewed an initial draft on May 18 and agreed to continue consideration this week to prepare for community engagement connected to the MCI Concord Master Plan and zoning project.
Regional Housing Services Office staff confirmed the next Concord Housing Roundtable is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 6 p.m. (hybrid: 141 Keyes Road and Zoom). Agenda items were requested by June 10. Trustees asked that CMAHT’s FY2027 goals be included on the Roundtable agenda and planned to coordinate on HPP updates and other items.
