The vote and discussion were procedural: Mary Hartman moved to elect Matt Johnson as chair (seconded by Mike Lawson), and the motion passed 6-0. Keith Bergman moved to elect Mary Hartman as vice chair (seconded by Mike Lawson), and that motion also passed 6-0. Trustees agreed to place a clerk-rotation item and potential consultant cost on a future agenda.
