Virginia Donahue-King, the Zoning Administrator, opened the Board of Appeals hearing on April 28, 2026 for an application involving 22 Parkway Crescent and said the record includes a denial letter from the Building Commissioner, the plot plan and architectural drawings, a quit claim deed and letters of support. She told the board that the property owners of 26 Parkway Crescent (listed in the record as Yale Investments) "might not have been reached with the mailing that was sent," and asked counsel for the applicants whether the support letter had been signed by the renters.
Attorney Marion McEttrick, representing applicants Mike Mole and Holly St. Peter, advised the board on where a notice should be sent, providing an address for Yale Investments as "11 Walnut Hill Road, Chestnut Hill MA 02467." After discussing the potential notice omission, the board continued the hearing to May 19, 2026 at 4:00 PM so the property owner could be informed and the file could be updated. The meeting adjourned at 4:27 PM.
