Sweet-McDonnell requested a waiver of the rehearing process on the basis that there have been no material changes to the plan or surrounding facts.
Commissioners reviewed the original mylar and compared the reapplication to a prior reapplication (Ainsworth, 2023) to guide consistency. Commissioner Dana Colson and Commissioner Andrew Cliburn voiced support for a streamlined approach. At the meeting Andrew Cliburn moved to reapprove the subdivision and grant the waiver of rehearing; Dana Colson seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The applicant will receive a letter of approval and the mylar will be signed for recording with the Town Clerk within the required window.
