The Regional School District No. 20 Board of Education voted unanimously to accept the FY25 audit prepared by CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) at its June 11 meeting. Julia Cardillo reviewed two documents responding to a prior Board question about Other Post Employment Benefits (OPEB) and described additional actions taken before the meeting to address concerns.
Billie Jean Sideris moved to accept the FY25 Budget Audit; John Morosani seconded. Board member Kara Cruoglio asked whether acceptance would preclude further inquiries; Cardillo replied that it would not and said she could provide additional information if requested. The motion passed unanimously.
